"Had a very pleasant stay. The location perhaps is not the best, but not the worst either. The surrounding area is a touch seedy - but that´s Bilbao! However, it is 5 minutes´ walk to the Train Station, which is very convenient if you have an early train to catch. Perhaps 10 - 12 minutes´ walk to Casco Viejo. Staff is very helpful and speaks English well. Nice room with good-sized bathroom and the property itself is very charming." - David Huseby

"Pictures looked ok on the web-site but it was a run down, old and in need of refurbishment. We also had a very noisy room and hardly slept a wink. Polite service at reception though." - Anonymous
