"This place is great. It is worth the 8km drive up the narrow winding road from Como. Recently refurbished and only a few minutes back down to Como on the Funicular.

The Vista Lago Hotel is in the little historical village of Brunate, situated on the hillside at 712 mt and overlooking the city of Como.
It boasts a spectacular panorama of the lake rurrounding Alps. Only 100 mt from the cable car (funicular) station that links Brunate to Como in a 7 minutes yourney, it is an ideal place to stay for a relaxing holiday and also makes a good base for business trips (Milan is easly accessible by both car and train).
The recently renovated hotel has 13 en-suite bedrooms, a restaurant that serves home-made italian cooking and a well-stocked bar.
Our staff will be very happy to make you feel comfortable and also advise you on the numerous tourist attractions that the area has to offer, making your stay at Vista Lago a holiday to remember. |

By car:
from Milan (airports), autostrada A9 direction Como, exit Como Sud, follow signs for Como centre, then Brunate. (Brunate is 5Km from Como centre). Hotel Vista Lago is in front of the church.
There is also a cable-car that links Brunate to Como in 7 minutes, so making it easy to arrive also by train. |

Check-in is from 12 noon until 21.00. If this is inconvenient, the time must be agreed beforehand. Any delays must also be communicated.
