"We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. My wife and me are frequent travelers, we were shocked when we see the so called 4 stars hotel's breakfast. The quality of it is just like a 2 or 3 stars hotel. Not much varieties and not much changes. The service of the staffs also not that friendly. I asked for an half boiled egg and repeated to the staff to make sure she understand english but she turned up giving me an fried egg. When I told her this is not what I wanted, her face just turned black and walked away ! Other than that, the room and the surrounding envirenment are excellent, no complain about the location. Hope proper training and English course will be provided to the staffs to make it an excellent 4 stars hotel." - Anonymous

"The hotel is not on the beach, which is 400m down the road. If you are looking to chill on the beach with view, stay in one of the resort hotels on West Railay." - Anonymous

"The hotel is on a main street (although set back sightly) with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away and is very pleasent, although the hotel's pool is wonderful. The rooms are quite big with a fair sized bathroom and many have a balcony. "I loved everything about it. Yes, it is not on the beach but it really doesn't matter. It made me feel like a princess by staying there. This resort was wonderful. Rooms were huge and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only 5 min walk to the place where you could take long-tail boat to Phi Phi islands or any other destination that you want to see (and it costs you only couple of dollars).
