What a friendly staff and what a nice hotel.

Lovely rooms, lovely hotel and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The F&B Manager Sri-Pang made the stay even better.

We had such a wonderful time here - the staff were wonderful, our room was great. The balcony, with a big bay-seat, was the perfect place to relax and the pool menu was really good too. The gardens are very tranquil. You can be in Krabi beach in 5 minuted but we preferred to stay by the resort pool most of the time becuase the ambiance was just right.

Ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's impressive. There's always a special touch to the deco and the inner tropical garden was beautifully placed. They even sent us an apology letter for some air-con work going on in the next rooms although it really didn't bother us as the work was usually done during the day. Great variety for breakfast, simple yet enough. We stayed there for 3 nights and each morning they had a different menu for breakfast. There's also a convenient store in front of the hotel which had reasonable price.

We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. My wife and me are frequent travelers, we were shocked when we see the so called 4 stars hotel's breakfast. The quality of it is just like a 2 or 3 stars hotel. Not much varieties and not much changes. The service of the staffs also not that friendly. I asked for an half boiled egg and repeated to the staff to make sure she understand english but she turned up giving me an fried egg. When I told her this is not what I wanted, her face just turned black and walked away ! Other than that, the room and the surrounding envirenment are excellent, no complain about the location. Hope proper training and English course will be provided to the staffs to make it an excellent 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is not on the beach, which is 400m down the road. If you are looking to chill on the beach with view, stay in one of the resort hotels on West Railay.

I loved everything about it. Yes, it is not on the beach but it really doesn't matter. It made me feel like a princess by staying there. This resort was wonderful. Rooms were huge and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only 5 min walk to the place where you could take long-tail boat to Phi Phi islands or any other destination that you want to see (and it costs you only couple of dollars). I recomended it to everyone

The hotel is on a main street (although set back sightly) with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away and is very pleasent, although the hotel's pool is wonderful. The rooms are quite big with a fair sized bathroom and many have a balcony. The staff at the hotel speak good english and are very helpful.
