Fork right. After you have gone through four sets of traffic lights, youll come to a junction where you can only turn left or right. Turn right, at those lights You should now be on Pier Street. At the next set of lights, turn left onto Harris Street. At the third set of lights, turn right into Thomas Street. At the end of that road, turn right into Wattle Street. Disappointed in size of room, bathroom lighting was poor. Clean and location for us was good.
Very helpful staff .From owners to management and staff all tried to make us welcome .Spotlessly clean and in a good central location .Rooms small but it suited us for our week stay .Would definitely use again . Price competitive.

Great location, quiet area, great price for a basic (no bells or whistles) double room, reception people very helpful. If in Sydney again will use this hotel again.
A beautiful hotel, clean, quiet and well looked after, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Easy access to harbour and China town. The map published on the website is not detailed enough and made it hard to find the hotel initially.
Felt that some staff where not very friendly ,but others went out of their way to help you. The smell of insents burning made it hard for me to breathe has I have a lung disease.
I was suitably impressed with everything about the hotel, service, staff, food. I felt I became part of the family, everyone was so obliging and couldn't do enough to make my holiday more enjoyable, even though they had a high occupancy most nights. The owner even obliged to do up my shoelaces after suffering a broken hand on a daytour. The Big Breakfast and the Vegeterian alternative were simply smashing. I have already recommended it to my friends.
Actually in Ultimo not Darling Harbour. Still a good location but there is a 10 min walk.
Nice and cosy but could be claustrophobic for some people because the rooms are very small with a simple bed, t.v. room structure. No table, no seats. But the upside, aircon = ) Overall, it was a comfortable one night stay.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms, while small, are always clean, modern and complete with all the amenities you would expect. The pricing is extremely good value compared to other hotel options, the location excellent and close to local restaurants and services. The breakfast menu is more limited than other hotels but includes a very reasonable range of options at competitive prices.
The rooms are small but very clean, the beds were great, the bathroom excellent, the receptionist was very helpful and engaging. I thought the rate going up for the Saturday night by $64.00 was a bit much, seeing that I had booked for two nights and extended another night after that, the Sunday night was $34.00 more than the Friday, so pricing was an issue for me.
Certainly no frills but very very clean
Very modern, clean and comfortable. My only criticisms were that the double glazed window wouldn't shut properly, so there was a bit of traffic noise, the air conditioner was a bit temperamental and the roller binds didn't block the light very well.
We found the room excellent value and the beds comfortable. We thought the restaurant bar prices were expensive but there are plenty of good pubs nearby.
Great looking hotel. Great location. Good parking. The rooms were a bit tiny (and a bit dull compared to the rest of the hotel). I would stay there again. Would not bother with a delux room again though (I can't imagine there's a difference in the cheaper rooms).
Great location, pricing and service.. Only thing they could arrange is parking.. I paid through my teeth to parking meters.. It would make your stay just a bit more fun not paying so much for parking.. Nice and easy booking too.. tHanks for a good couple of nights.
Although it was a bit of a walk to Darling Harbour, the hotel was located close to the venue I was attending the next day. Hotel was clean & everything in my room was in working order.
Nice clean & friendly boutique hotel close to the CBD.
Excellent value, close to the city, very user-friendly.
Their Internet system is not good enough, the wireless doesn't go to everyroom.
Staff were particularly 'intelligently' helpful and friendly - this was much appreciated and stood out from other more upmarket and more expensive hotels because of their attitude. We had considered trying another hotel (higher graded) during our stay, just for change, but left unimpressed without even talking to anyone. Room adequate, and location though not having the convenience of CBD, was pleasant. Changed room from street side to one overlooking small internal courtyard because of traffic noise. All in all, an excellent stay and we would stay there again.
