"Friendly and efficient service-English as well as German speaking staff. Big, tasteful and very comfortable room. Very quiet location right by the famous fortified hill (Vysehrad) where Prague was founded. Parking in private garage or locked-up courtyard. "Great location - out of the centre yet 10 mins walk plus metro got us into the heart of the city. Buffet breakfast didn't vary, but plenty of options available.
They didn't service our room one day and were very apologetic as soon as this was pointed out. Czech 4-star; equivalent to mid-range UK 3-star. Well worth the money and we'd stay there again. " - John Myles Wilson
