Vysehrad Hotel Prague

Very small room and very small bed,breakfast les then average. Food in hotel restaurant not to good.

the staff are very cooperative and friendly, the service is excellent the only thing need to be added are more channels on the TV (english speaking)

Friendly and efficient service-English as well as German speaking staff. Big, tasteful and very comfortable room. Very quiet location right by the famous fortified hill (Vysehrad) where Prague was founded. Parking in private garage or locked-up courtyard. Easy and quick access to the old town by public transport as well as with car. Excellent breakfast buffet. All in all: Great value for money

We were very satisfied with the accomodation in respect of what we paid for it. Overall it was good value for money. Conveniently situated for the Metro only 5 minutes walk away. Local Chinese restaurant and Pizzeria can be recommended for good cheap meals. Hotel comfortable with helpful English speaking friendly staff.

Great location - out of the centre yet 10 mins walk plus metro got us into the heart of the city. Buffet breakfast didn't vary, but plenty of options available. They didn't service our room one day and were very apologetic as soon as this was pointed out. Czech 4-star; equivalent to mid-range UK 3-star. Well worth the money and we'd stay there again.

Although not in the centre of Prague (it was around 30 minute walk which included 10 minute walk from metro to hotel) once we sorted out where to buy tickets for the metro we had no problems as they run very regularly. This hotel was excellent value and we would use it again.

Excellent value hotel with helpful staff in an area which has seen better days. Close to the metro (five minutes) and the Vysehrad attractions. Enjoyed staying there thoroughly.
