Waiwera Motel

Awesome motel for your money. Have stayed here a number of times & have always been impressed. The only thing that I wasn't very happy about this stay was our bed, it creaked EVERY time we moved - hard to get a good night sleep. But otherwise really good as always.

Great location, worthwhile discount into the pools, efficient service, rooms have good facilities. Water right outside the gate for kayak use. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for cheap accommodation and seclusion thats not too far from activities.

Clean surroundings and comfortable bed. Good clean bed linen. Kitchen well set up. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent spot to stay a little disapointed it advertised sky tv pool and spa and there was no sky the pool was covered and spa locked.

We were nicely suprised to be given a voucher to the hot pools which saved us heaps. Very enjoyable and would stay again.

It would have been nicer if we had more than one towel each and a extra blanket and pillow. it was cold after being at the hot pools and the room only had a fan heater that made it stuffy.

Good value for low price. Service good and nice people. Very close to main attraction and nice bar n grill made our weekend fun and relaxing. Bed was uncomfortable but everything else fine. We had a great weekend all up Thanks.

Nice motel short drive to hots springs and money off voucher. Very good value.

Clean & comfortable rooms thoug a bit small for two couples more of a family unit, the staff were very pleasant

Nice clean modern units with free parking. In room internet did not work but reception had a back up kiosk which they let us use for free. Excellent freindly service with no hassel quick check in. Would stay here again.

Very basic accommodation, but for the $110 / night price it's good value.

Most of the facilities available (if they actually are available) have an extra charge associated with them which you don't find out about until you are actually there. There were several items missing from our room and several advertised facilities not available. Staff did not seem to be familiar with the motel.

very clean, very modern and very new - we liked this place a lot. 5 mins walk to the Waiwera Hot Pools (good fun for kids - great slides, but really just hot outdoor swimming pools). Good location just of SH1, and was a great stop off on our way down from Paihia to the Coromandel. The only issue was the receptionist (who we think was the owner) - she had some problem with the rate we'd paid - that it was too low and she'd have to take it up with [your website] ! Didn't cause us a problem, but maybe make sure you take your printout ?
