great place to stay nice and quiet and clean last time we stayed at the same place we did not have to pay for parking and i think that should have been told to us at the time of booking not when we arrived

Surprisingly quiet for a property on a major highway. However, you do need to remember that reception closes at 9 pm and make prior arrangements if you need to check in late.

Situated on busy Pennant Hills Road close to the railway station with a cafe, restaurant and conference facilities on-site, the rooms are not huge but offer a good-sized bathroom, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, subscription television channels and comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. Facing City View Road our room was quiet - I cannot comment on rooms facing the main road. The room would be excellent for one or two people but seemed a little crowded for three of us. Secure parking was available at extra cost. The staff were friendly and the public areas well-kept. Good accommodation for business or pleasure in the Hills district of Sydney.

Enjoyed our evening there. Restaurant was pleasant, room met all our needs including the TV to watch the World Cup at 4am. Thankfully we had a room that was tucked away so we didn't run the risk of annoying other guests.

Double Room was very small. Ridiculous parking fee of $10 per night charged for accommodation booked with [this website]. Very clean and quiet room. Food from downstairs resturant was very tasteful, specialises in Indian & Srilankan cuisine. Will stay again.

have stayed prior and always happy with the rooms, spacious, modern, quiet and clean, this time we had breakfast in the restaurant and what a mistake, it was very much like faulty towers, everything we ordered came out seperately, they charged extra for small glass of juice, coffee burnt, and $20 each in pennant hills not worth it.

Handy position for north west sydney

Good size rooms and the kitchenette is really handy. Location is great.

A clean and comfortable appartment, staff courteous and helpful. Restaurant was excellent. A most enjoyable stay.

Great location for attending an event in the Olympic Park presinct.

Although these are apartments, I was surprised that there was no room service, especially as there was a restaurant and bistro on the premises. Having to work in Sydney on the Saturday, it was also disappointing to find that breakfast was not available until 8 am that day, so a quick trip to the nearby McDonald's was one of my only options. My room faced the very busy main road, and sleep was very disturbed, as I am used to a very quiet area at home. Otherwise these are very pleasant, clean and quite convenient: although 23 kms from the city, it took only 25 mins on the nearby M2 to be crossing the Harbour Bridge.

We found the people at the desk when we arrived very friendly and helpfull.And we left some cloths behind and they phoned us on our mobil and told us we were very pleased and greatful for thet that is what we call excelent service we would stay there again and recomend it to our friends

Great Service, good location, good price.

Better than expected. Booked this because the other local hotel at Castle Hill was full, but this turned out cheaper and better. There is a proper batcroom, full size bedroom with couch, plus a small kitchette with all the cooking gear, and hotplate, m/oven, frig, etc. Only small gripe was couldn't watch the TV from bed. Be aware that it's a serviced apartment, so there is no daily room cleaning. But fresh towels OK every day if you ask for them.

The facilities were adequate and provided everything we required, but were fairly basic.

A great location, close to local shops. The service was great from reception to the restaurant and Bar. Our room was a little small and only had a double bed but the person at reception told us that other rooms in the hotel were much larger but not on the internet package that we got.Great place to stay!

Great hotel if you have business in the area. I hope they can upgrade their internet access.
