"Very clean hotel, a bit too far out of rome but only 10 - 15mins on metro to all the sights, very handy for vantican. Could of done with a better bar for guests. Our air con & mini bar in room did'nt work, which would of been murder in the height of summer but we went in May so it was'nt too bad. Overall though we enjoyed the stay." - ross gibbins
"The hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly. All whom we spoke to within the hotel helped with our terrible Italian and spoke English perfectly. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast but it was ample. Check transport before you go as we believed it was central but it was a few miles out. It only cost about 5 euros in an honest taxi." - Jane Bampton

"The Waldorf Hotel Rome was excellent, with friendly service. I have two suggestions for improvment. The first is that the hotel includes a map on their website as it is located on a side street. The second is improving their plumbing. On two consecutive mornings at different times I was unable to get water in the shower due to the water pressure needing to reach the fourth floor. Other than these suggestions, I would recommend the hotel for its friendly staff, amenities and price." - Anonymous
