Wallace Hotel Paris

Hotel was very nice & cozy. Personel was friendly & helpful . Location was fantastic , very close to all attractions. We just fall in love with this place, country and people.

Friendly and helpful Reception staff available around the clock. December traffic noise on street side was loud but in its favour it has 2 handy metros close by.

The location and service were great. Typical European hotel with tons of charm. Very clean. Walk 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and metro is VERY close.

If you want to walk to Eiffel tower, prepare for 30 minutes of quick march along the busy streets – not a pretty walk! Otherwise, it is a good hotel with very modest breakfast!

Very convenient location to access Metro lines 8 and 10, Ecole Militaire, etc. Although in a generally nice area of Pairs, the immediate surroundings of the hotel are somewhat dull. The faciltiy itself is very nice and functional (mini bar and snack available in room, free wireless Internet, breakfast buffet) at a great price. Would go back any time.

At first appearance from the street, this hotel did not look very inviting. Our room was small, but clean. Breakfast was pleasant. Hotel close to metro and only 10 minutes to the Louvre and concorde square. Rue de Commerce was a great shopping street, lovely little cafes. Staff very friendly, it was a great little hotel and would stay again. They were in the middle of renovating.

Small nice hotel in Eiffel Tower area. Staff are educated and well mannered. All receptionists communicate well in English. Rooms are rather small but have all necessary facilities. Breakfast is ample. Recommended budget hotel.

Nice, friendly hotel. Easy to find. Handy for the Eiffel Tower but not too touristy. Close to Metro stations and a good range of shops and restaurants nearby. Fairly basic room but it met our expectations for the price we paid.

Overall, this hotel is good. However, there is no built in air conditioner that made you felt too warm inside the room. Further, no air vent is being installed inside the bathroom.

The room was very small, the rug extremely worn, faded, and torn in one place. One bedspread was also torn. A couple of the tiles in the bathroom were broken or chipped. The refrigerator didn't work and when we asked them to replace it they just said that we could use their fridge which was not really satisfactory. In general not a very inviting place. The breakfast was good and the staff quite helpful.

While the room was very small, the location was easy walking distance from the Metro and the Eiffel tower. The breakfast was great and the bed comfortable. I would stay there again.

A quite old hotel that want look like a new one. Should be better if renew a little bit. Hopefully, Staff is nice and available, and location is very good.

Very friendly staff

Beds were unclean and room was not up to expected standard in relation to the price. However staff apologetic and we were given another more suitable room. Will not stay there again although location is good for tourists.

Buffet breakfast which was included in the price was very good. Located very close to trains which was great.

For the last-minute price I paid this hotel was fine. The staff is extremely helpful and there are the little extras such as free newspapers. It is conveniently located near an underground station and very practiacl for both visiting the 7th and 15th

We really enjoyed our time at the Wallace Hotel. It was a quaint and comfortable environment with a great location near the metro. What really made our stay enjoyable though was the friendly staff. I would return to the Wallace and would definitely recommend it to a friend!
