Old fashioned furniture style. Rooms should be renewed by hotel as it looks like in the early 70s.

A confortable hotel in central Wanaka - excellent for walking into town. Surprisingly quiet. We liked being able to sit at the tables provided outside on the lawn.

Great location right in the heart of Wanaka. Only stayed there one night so can't comment too much on service etc. I would happily stay there again though.
A good centrally located hotel.
The premises are somewhat old but reasonably confortable. The verandah in my room looks out to Lake Wanaka. Competitively priced.
We were pleasantly surprised - central location, cheap and fantastic cafe at the ground floor. The only thing wrong with the hotel is that it's dated, but I've seen far worse for a lot more money.

This hotel is in a great location! It appeared to be part backpackers hostel, part hotel. Rooms were very basic. The info guide that they provided with all the menu's from the local restaurants was a nice touch.
