"Fitness center and swimming pool were closed for remodeling. The service was truly excellent. I really did feel like a quest. The staff was very attentive and friendly. However, we needed our Chinese language skills. The food, which is important because the hotel is not close to other amenities, was very poor but not too expensive. We live in Chengdu and needed a warm place to stay for a few days to rest and take hot baths. Although we were disappointed about the facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of the hotel." - Anne zuckerman
