Train Lines; 3 minutes from Yokohama Station to Sakuragicho Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line. 5 minutes from Yokohama Station to Bashamichi Station on the Minato Mirai Subway Line. 30-40 minutes from Tokyo Station to Sakuragicho Station on the JR Line. From Airports; 90 minutes by Limusine Bus from Narita Airport to Yokohama Station (Yokohama City Air Terminal). 30 minutes from Haneda Airport to Yokohama Station on the Keikyu Line.
Check-in Procedure:Check in time from 14:00 and check out time is 10:00 . Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you,as a"non-resident foreign guest,"present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality. Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before check in time.

Great location close to the JR station and a short walk to shops, restaurants and all the attractions on the waterfront. Good sized rooms with efficent aircon. Will stay again
I would have liked to be able to pay a fee for early check in. Check in time was 2:00PM, Iwanted to pay a fee to check in at 12:00noon. I was ableto pay a feeto check out late at 2:00PM. It would have been niceto have room service.
Confortable hotel, good service and great location.
Very good location. The view, overlooking the harbour, is superb. For the size and service, the price is a bit steep.
Perfect location just next to Sakuragicho JR station so easy access from Narita Airport using JR Narita Express. Rooms are small but have all facilities you need and ask for a harbour view to see the Landmark Tower and Big Wheel which have a dazzling light show at night. Highly recommended for a one/two night stay.

Very nice place to stay.
Expensive. Very small room. Compared to the Rose Hotel in Yokohama's Chinatown where I stayed last year for the same price & no comparison. Would not stay at the Washington again. Wished I'd stayed at [other hotel] where I could have had a much better room & breakfast for the same price as I paid atr the Washington. In sum, very poor value for money.
