"We have lived & traveled in Japan for 3 years. During this time we have become accustomed to the great service that is typical at hotels throughout the country. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Washington Hotel. We found the staff and manager to be overly rigid and unwilling to provide the standard level of Japanese service. Although conveniently located, the small room, poor service and lack of standard amenities do not justify the price." - Leah Calder
"i liked the 24 hour 1000 yen unlimited movie pass." - rebecca meade
"Very nice place to stay." - Tan Wee Lam
"Expensive. Very small room. Compared to the Rose Hotel in Yokohama's Chinatown where I stayed last year for the same price & no comparison. Would not stay at the Washington again. Wished I'd stayed at [other hotel] where I could have had a much better room & breakfast for the same price as I paid atr the Washington. In sum, very poor value for money." - Anonymous
