Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino

Staff are super friendly & helpful. If they don't know or can't answer your query, they find someone who can. The place is very clean, loved the band (easy listening) playing in the lobby each evening. We did indulge in the cakes there, maybe a little too frequently, hey but we're on holiday. When going out, use the taxi service, it's quick & cheap. Sue couldn't look but these guys know what they're doing.

safe and nice place shopping is good in cebu city must visit the casino no $100 for singaporean, easy to get food at the roadside and dining in hotel 4days is perfect ,moveing aroung by taxi is the best way.

This time, they kindly upgraded my room, so it's difficult to judge, but I appreciate this hotel to provide nice and confortable service... Free Wifi usage is nice, but sometimes, tough to connect due to weak signal...that's only downside, but overall I recommend to stay this hotel...

Fine as usual. Stayed here a number of times. The breakfast service has fallen down a little. In the past it was very good now only average for Philippines, a bit dissapointing. Husband had usual complaint (similar to many pines hotels) about washing his genitals at the same time as using the toilet bowl. (not a joke)! A definite health hazard. WHY is the toilet design in Philippines crazy. Not same in other parts of Asia.

The location of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino is very convenient, specially for me because i have a 3 yr old child. She likes mall, i was surprised when the receptionist told me that they have a service going to and forth of the mall in Cebu. And also their location is near my relatives' place. On my next visit to Cebu, I will choose Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino.

A really nice hotel if rather pretentious. I'd prefer it without all the gambling. A negativre was 2 sachets of coffee in the room, and now more available.

We loved to stay there and comeback someday. Facilities are excellent, good swimming pools and very entertaining evening shows. Keep it up folks!!! Looking forward for another vacation in Cebu. We'll be back in Norway next week. From THE LAND OF THE MIDNIGHT SUN!!!

Check-in and Check Out take some time; maybe improve front desk manning especially during peak seasons. Some guests have flights to catch and queuing to pay the bills for 10 to 20 minutes is quiet not acceptable.

the waterfront hotel is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at in my life.Allthough the hotel is a large hotel and has a large turnover of guests from stars to the common man they treat every one the same and it allso keeps an atmospher of a small family hotel,for me its a home from home.

well if you are into gambling this is the place to be its not like casinos in macau or las vegas but worth the time to go. buffet breakfast has a lot of choices too. quiet far from touristy places.

The superior rooms need urgent a renovation.The bathrooms don´t match to the room class and to the room price the hotel want for it.Overall a very good hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet.

very much enjoy my stay at this hotel , service very good nice staffvery friendly. would stay there again next time i come to cebu.

really need to organize tourism here. what to do and tours etc. Hotel as a functional unit is fine, would i stay for an overnighter no go near the airport

Excellent hotel. Casino was very good, small poker room was amazing, nice staff & guests, free beer and food while you play poker. Make sure you say Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino to the taxi driver as our one brought us to Waterfront Mactan Hotel & Casino (which is also in Cebu City), then onto the correct one and charge us a lot for it.
