We had a wonderful stay at your Hotel and got married there as well. Everyone was very very halpful and made our day really special.
Having travelled extensively within New Zealand and internationally, the double bed would have to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was so uncomfortable, that my wife had to get up and sleep in a chair in the middle of the night. Otherwise the hotel is modern , clean and a good place to stay,as long as you do not want a goodnights sleep.

Great Hotel
The only thing missing is a safe in the rooms.
Second time staying at this Hotel and it keeps impressing. Cannot fault at all. Staff and faclities are exceptional.
Service was great, facility and decor pleasant. There had been a smoker in our room and the smell remained. When we notified the staff they were extremely accomodating and moved us to another room which was good.

Absolutely amazing Hotel. Was everything that was advertised and the location cannot be beaten. The staff were beyond reproach...young and eager to meet your needs. The Salt restaurant also has an amazing location and the service was top-notch.
Service from staff excellent sorted out an electrical problem straight away. Restaurant good food and staff helpful. View wasn't the greatest it was facing a local shopping centre, would hve preferred a waterfront view of the beach.
Awesome modern & clean hotel in a very position in New Plymouth - very handy to the windwand, Museum, walkway by the sea, and the city shops. Really comfy Kingsize bed, and a lovely big spabath in the bathroom, as well as a great shower. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. this hotel is only 3 years old so everything is almost new. Cheers!

An excellent position in New Plymouth, friendly staff, and good value for the price paid.
VEry happy with accomodation, only item missing was an internet/computer, the rooms are wired, but you have to have a lap top with you. I usually use a computer supplied for guests by the hotel. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not have this service.
Fantastic hotel in center of town. Nice rooms and good resturant, and in walking distance to all fasillities.
