Watermark Hotel Brisbane

Staff extremely freindly and helpful, noticed a tray of plates and food scraps sitting on the bench outside a room on our 5th floor when we arrived at 5pm, it was still there when we came back from an evening at the QPAC theatre around 11.30pm, it was gone by the morning. The glass shower wall a bit short as the water went all over the floor inthe bathroom due to it only coming a small protion along the bath not enough to prevent the water from the shower spray going everywhere. could be a bit longer.

Good size delux room and standard room (stayed 2 nights in different rooms) but some basics missing such as drinking glasses and tea spoons. Staff rather curt at times.

Delux room was quite large on the 1st night. Standard room on the second night was ok but there were a few things missing such as drinking glasses and teaspoons

well located, for suncorp stadium. clean , friendly staff,would and will stay again. 14 dollars to park car a bit rich though.

A little expensive for what is a olh hotel in need of a good refit

We were very ipressed with our stay at Watermark. Sam and Gabriel at the counter were most helpful and very obliging. We ere very impressed with our meals there too and found the staff in the restaurant also most obliging. Even the clenaing staff were polite and friendly. Well done.

Unable to use swimming pool as it is under renovation

Hotel was fine, but communication about power out was sent out late to us as we went out and got home at 11pm to find out the power would be off between 6.am and 6.30am the time we were to get ready to leave, we werent very happy about no knowing earlier

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Location suitable for easy walk to main shopping area and Roma Street rail station.

We had a pleasant stay although the room on the top floor (609) was noisy at night due to the air conditioning ducting

The location of this hotel oppoosite the Roma St Parklands was very convenient. Our standard room was comfortable and well equipped. Despite the busy road outside (Wickham Terrace) traffic noise was not really a problem for sleeping once the balcony door was shut. The pool looked inviting, although we did not use it. The service at breakfast was a bit disappointing, with hot dishes not being kept up to the diners, and the coffee was only lukewarm, even when it was just replaced.

disappointed in an additional cost to park the car. I did not intend on having a car at the time i booked so it was not an item noted. my circumstances changed on the day so i was a bit disappointed when i was faced with a bill for an extra $28 to park the car.

Would be happy to stay at the Watermark again.

Best value for money accommodation in Brisbane

Great price and great welcome

This Hotel is well located and has relaxing views of the Park from the balcony. For an older building the rooms were well maintained and nicely furnished. The Resturant served well priced and excellent food and the breakfast was very good value.

No extractor fan in bathroom so mirror all steamed up. Arrived soaked in the middle of a rainstorm and young man on reception very helpful. However no lunch available - this was just before 2 - in the restaurant so had to venture out in rain to get something to eat.

Long walk from city, all up hill on way home

I would highly recommend this hotel, the positioning up on the hill with the lovely views and within walking distance to the shopping mall with a walk thru the park, then down to the river and over the walk bridge to Southbank where one can stroll thru and catch the river Ferry or have a coffee or lunch in the Restuaraunts overlooking the water.
