Waverley House Hotel London

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly, though I suspect that English was not their first language, which led to some awkward communication issues. Also, being on the edge of the West End meant that it was easy to get down to Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus areas to go out, catch a show, etc, even though the neighborhood of the hotel itself wasn't that exciting.

Nice play to stay, may be a little bit expensive. Anyway, no worries with the conditions, excellent English breakfast.

Most enjoyable stay at the Waverley House Hotel. Centrally located, close to Shaftsbury Avenue Theatres and to Holborn Underground Station. Nice, quiet, comfortable twin room. Breakfast was excellent.

A radiator inthe bathroom and hot would would have made the stay more enjoyable.

Bedroom (301) on the small side with door opening obstructed by twin bed. No view but satisfactory for short stay. Bathroom bright and well equipped but bath taps could only be used for showering. Restaurant well stocked but U-shaped servery layout caused congestion and could be improved. Location convenient but pricing on the high side.

This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in the centre of London. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location. Will definitely go there again next time I am over for business.

Agree with the other comments, great location, breakfast great and always ask for bedroom off the street. Cleaners start early so best not to sleep in!!!

Clean and comfortable hotel, near to open space, within easy walking distance of West End of London and centre of capital. Would certainly stay there again when visiting London.

Efficient friendly welcome and service. Good general facilities. Room and in particular en-suite in desperate need of refurbishment.If I could have a guatantee that this had been done I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and visiting it again in the future.

A most enjoyable two nights. This is an excellently situated hotel. I was on the 7th floor which was especially quiet at nights for London.

My daughter and I stayed at the Waverley House Hotel for 5 nights. Everything about it was wonderful. Great location minutes from 2 tube stations, beautiful full english breakfast buffet, and very clean rooms. The staff were very helpfull and kind. The pricing was excellent.
