"Our room had lately been decorated, was small, no chair, no where to put cases, new kettle but unable to fill it in the small wash basin, no toothbrush mugs, the sheets were clean but the bed covers looked dirty and were threadbare, the small bedside table was like a worn box on end with no front or back, the dressing table was warn and in nead of varnish.
These things would be easy to put right and give the room a much better first impression." - Anonymous
