Welcome Hotel is located by highway E18, just 18 km from the centre of Stockholm and 25 km from Arlanda airport. Outside the entrance is a large, free carpark, and Barkarby train station is right next door, with direct services to Stockholm Central Station.
After a major renovation in 2000 it now has 158 rooms, 9 conference rooms, group rooms, a restaurant, gym and two separate houses for long-term accommodation.
The hotel has 158 attractive, comfortable rooms, of which more than 90 per cent are non-smoking. All rooms have bathroom, shower, radio and TV, and all guests have access to a cordless phone during their stay. Several rooms are also adapted for people with allergies or disabilities.

Getting there:
Welcome Hotel is positioned close to the E18 in the north west part of Stockholm. It takes only a few minutes to get to Barkaby commuter train station, 15 minutes to Stockholm Central Station. Älvsjömässan takes only another 15 minutes to reach.
E4 highway from the north: Follow signs towards Stockholm. Turn off towards Sollentuna, then follow instructions above.
E18 highway from the north: Follow signs for Stockholm and then Jakobsberg. Then turn right two times. You will pass IKEA on your left side. Continue straight, past the turn-off for Veddesta. You now have Barkarby airfield on your left. At the next intersection turn right, and then immediately left before the bridge.
