Adequate - desk clerk at check in was helpful and we were able to check in early. Desk clerk helped with printing boarding passes. It was clean and quiet which was all we really wanted for an overnight stay after a long European trip.

Easy access from the airport and good place for an overnight. Clean and reasonably priced for Switzerland. Staff helpful. Restuaruant on premises.

Excellent experience. Hotel is small, rooms are very good. Clean and easy access to the train rail is well apreciated( 3 min). It is a very good option for people travelling, due to its location near the airport( 5-8min), hotel shootle available. For people who what to go the Zurich downtown, the problem is the train frequency ( 30 min between one and the next). Reception people can be a bit morte patient with people, particularly the, but in general, very good value for the money. I stayed 3 days in the hotel, and the experience was good.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for visiting Zurich and a nice quiet room in a pleasant village, and plenty of choace for breakfast.

The hotel is close to the airport and the free pick up service is an added value. Room is comfortable and clean and staff are helpful and friendly. However, sometimes the airport shuttle bus does not arrive as scheduled so need to pay attention (perhaps advanced booking/request is required). Breakfast is included but it will be great if more hot stuff can be served (e.g. eggs, sausage).

Hotel was clean and the reception desk people were very helpful. This hotel is literally part of the "airport" location, so there aren't very many restaurants or shops close by. You could take the train into the city (about 15-20 minutes) and have the good restaurant and shopping experience there. The hotel shuttle only took 7 minutes to the airport. This hotel is the first stop from the airport and the last stop to the airport which works out nicely. Don't forget to "reserve" your seat on the shuttle you want though, as they do fill up during peak times. The shuttle we reserved happened to be full, so the receptionist booked us a Taxi to the airport which the hotel paid for.

Clean comfortable room. Located short walk from Kloten train station. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a map of Zurich and train information when we checked in. 15 to 20 minute train ride from main Zurich train station. Shuttle to airport was on time and free. Would stay here again when flying out of Zurich.

Despite the normal overprice of Swiss hotel, all are nice. 400 meters from train, 15 min to BHB Zurich. The room is very nice in a small town. Nice & comfortable free shutter to Airport. Best way for a 1-2 night stop over. No needs for breakfast at the hotel, a nice Bekery was across the street.

Good hotel for a one night layover in ZRH. The breakfast was adequate. Obviously doesnt compare to a 5-star place, but definitely adequate. The pillow was torn, the carpet was a bit soiled, but once again not enough to put us off. Staff were very helpful and patient with all our questions. There is a shuttle from the airport which was good. The station at Kloten is served by 2 trains every hour, so getting into town is no problem. Switzerland is a very expensive place, and this hotel was certainly good value. I would go back there.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally situated for airport. Free regular transport to and from airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable, quiet, with comfortable beds, but, fairly basic. For instance, no in-room coffee/tea. (I think the hotel was trying to encourage customers to pay for the truly-expensive breakfast.) Service was quite good, especially shuttle to and from airport. By the standards of over-priced Switzerland, the room rate was reasonable.

A little weary in appearance but helpful staff. Location is pleasant, small, quiet suburb very convenient to aiport. Local bakery and restaurants very good.

Less than five minutes from the airport and about twenty five by tram into city centre. Good location, clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice and helpful receptionist. I haven't tried their breakfast so can't review their food.

very helpful to me on my recent trip. stayed 3 nights in a 3 week period. all visits were the same, with nothing to hard. also let me store luggage while away from hotel

Good choice for overnight stay in close vicinity of Zurich Airport. Complementary shuttle bus available to and from airport to the hotel. Hotel with basic amenities is a bit pricey (150CHF). Overall- fit for the purpose.

Very close to airport with a good free shuttle service. Hotel staff were friendly and the services were fine.
