"Extremely pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff is friends. There are coffee/tea and kettle in the room (not many hotels in Switzerland provide that, even there are 4 stars hotels). Fruits are delivered to my room everyday, which was really nice. Great location, located at the Old Town which I don't think I can find a better location than this. " - Yuen Kuan Yong
"Hotel is in a very central location within easy walking distance of all the central district and attractions. Was a little noisy at 3am with the cliubs closing down but the closing the double glazed windows solved the problem.
Staff were friendly and the continental breakfasts were very adequate. Cooked breakfasts could be ordered for a small additional charge.
