"The location of the hotel is amazing, it is right on Broadway and just a short walk to Central Park.
The service in the hotel is "OK". We ordered a wake up call and it came 20 minutes late! Don't order a wake up call!!!! " - Anonymous

"The bathroom lacked a towel bar (the holders were there but the bar was missing. In addition, one of the two windows had lost its blind. When I drew these matters to the attention of the hotel desk, late in the afternoon, they were responded to immediately. We did not expect them to be remedied that day and made that clear; on our return the following day, both were replaced, and indeed, the blind on the other window had been tightened so that it rolled down much better.
