"We were given a cnr room on the 3rd floor. This meant we had a main street to the side and the front of the hotel. The room was extremely noisy and to make matters worse there was a flag pole directly outside our window creaking all the time with the flag flapping in the wind. There are two towers to this hotel and the tower we were in had 27 floors so we were very unlucky to be a noisy room on the 3rd floor. If we stayed there again we would refuse a room on the lwr floors. We should have requested to be moved from the 3rd floor cnr room. There were no coffee making facilities supplied in the room. We would only rate this hotel 4/10. " - Anonymous
"The bed caused back problems as it rolled into the middle. We complained but nothing was done about it until after a second night and a second complaint. Then they replaced it with a new bed. The bathroom door didn't close but nothing was done about that at all. " - Anonymous
"Great hotel to stay, perfect location as it's a 5 minute stroll into Time Square. All that you would need when looking for a hotel! " - Anonymous
