Well appointed rooms and very clean. Service on reception could be improved as they had no record of my reservation. dissapointed that Spa facility is for men only. Reasonably priced, quiet location and would consider returning.
Nice and spacious room with comfortable bed. The hotel is a bit far from the Lake, Hangzhou's main attraction but the concierge is very helpful and able to get us taxi. If you know how to take bus K12, you need only a 10-min walk back to the hotel. Bus fare is only RMB2.0.

"International"is a bit much. This hotel focus mainly on chinese guests which you notice because their spoken english is so so. This did not caused me any ploblems!
Not easy to find out the place. Need a good map to show to taxi driver since even the local people also do not know where it is. However, hotel is nice.
A bit far from west lake . Overall good and will stay again .
Fantastic price for the room we were given. Lovely big room and bathroom. Breakfast was good, location was a little further away from the West Lake than expected (ie not walking distance) only a short taxi ride. Very good for the price.
The hotel is well designed and clean. It is very new so they are not yet set up fully for tourists. It seems to be laid out more for business people. There was no tourist information available in English. But staff were helpful and tried their best.
nice hotel with friendly staff. good if you like a quiet hotel, as such it is a little far from west lake. about 30 minutes walk to west lake. happy to have stayed there.
A nice hotel in a beautiful location, big room with good facility, staffs are polite, but not everyone has a 5-star hotel skill in dealing with customers, I had some trouble in checking out, simply becuase the accounts wasn't sure how to process the payment in the right way which wasted me a lot of time. It's a bit hard to get a taxi at the door, so you need be patient to book one early, it's a good one for people to have his own car or like to take some leisure.
