Apart from the fact that we stayed in the basement(!) everything was ok/good for the price (Breakfast, cleanliness). The staff was really helpful for everything. Location is really good. Totally recommend it for budget travelers.
Excellent location. Smallest room we have ever stayed in whilst in London. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
ensuite bathroom, TV, radio, direct dial telephone, and coffee making facilities.

Good Location. Friendly and helpful Staff. Very, very small rooms and wifi was unstable.
For its price, this was an excellent property - walking distance to the tube, lift for the room and fit 2adults/3kids which is rare in London. Room not large, but enough. Catherine at reception was fantastic - friendly, helpful and welcoming! Continental breakfast was great - self service and had nutella servings for the kids! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The polland manager is very nice, but the mattress is bad, the room so small, and the breakfast will need to be better. No fruits, no ham, just only hot water, Nescafé, cold milk, e one kind of bread. Very poor.
The room was tiny but the hotel was very clean and tidy. the provided breakfast was excellent and the location was great. Earls Court tube was a 5 min walk away and the supermarket was also less than 5 min walk away. I would definately stay there again!!
Very decent hotel in peaceful surroundings, near Earl's Court, with excellent subway/bus connection to all parts of London. Basic breakfast but ok for few days. I stayed in triple room which was ok (in size and room equipment). Cleanliness is good, towels changed every day, only blankets should be dusted more often. Price/performance ration for triple room is very good. On my next visit I will look again for that hotel.
You get what you pay. In a prime location very easy access to several transportation options. Very clean hotels room, basic and standard breakfast good to start your day with. Very friendly staff.
sad the carpets were not kept clean... it was certainly a nice hotel getting old...had a very nice lady at the reception to contrast with the grumpy one !
It is very closed to earl's court station, two minutes by walking. Toilet is too small. If you are longer than 180cm and if you are more than 100 kgs you cannot use toilet. Room size is not big enough but moderate. very good location. breakfast is just bread+cheese+jam+butter+coffee/tea.It is not a standart english breakfast. recepcionist (Katrin) was so helpfull and nice person. If you want to take a sighseeing bus I recommend you to choose big bus company. you can buy the ticket at reception. I can re-stay in my future visits
For cheap London Accommodation Westbury is great, I would definately use the hotel again. Room was changed everyday, 2 mins walk to Earls Court Station, friendly staff and the room was quiet.
We were guite excited by the hotel. Hotel is in a good localition. Itś five minutes from a tube station (Gloucester road), or you can use the bus number 74 from the centrum city. it goes close to Hotel. Itś a good place to go to Nature History Museum and it a good place for shopping. We really enjoy our stay in Westbury hotel. The room wasn´t small. We had only one problem with no heating, because it came a spring time and they stopped to use heating. I think in our room was about (18.oC). They changed towels every day. On the room was a kettle with tee and coffe, you could prepere a hot drink. Basicly hotel was clean and tidy and not noisy. I would go back there.
The room was quite small but I didn't expect more with price like that. Location is great, very near to Earl's Court tubestation.
I stayed in about ten hotels in london whilst looking for a flat, and this was the best. Very cheap for what you get- clean and good location.
This was the first time I had used the hotel. The location was convenient, and it was quiet for such a central location.Staff were obliging. I had a single room which was very small and the soft furnishings were a bit grubby, but adequate for one night. My only real problem was a faulty door lock which took some time to sort (at 1 am!!) but the night porter was very helpful and it was sorted eventually. Breakfast was dull, with only tea or instant coffee. This is a budget hotel and well priced, but not sure I would use it again.
Very good as usual.
In all honesty the westbury is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in in the earls court area for the price. The hotel is idealy situated and a very comfortable base in which to stay. i have stayed at the hotel three times in the past month and will be looking to stay there again on my future visits to london over the coming weeks.
Room was very small but excellent service and price.
Rooms are small, brackfast room too small.
Very friendly. Nice rooms, small but clean. Breakfast ok.
