"Unable to check in until 2.45.
Bathroom small and tired. Room size ok, A/C not working room very warm and decor very worn.
Not very good value for money, overpriced and overated.
Breakfast is a joke we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though the breakfast room was half empty. The organisation and service after that was not much better for a overpriced £26.00 per person breakfast.
I have stayed in good hotels all over the world and this was not one of them! The hotel is relying on its excellent location if it did not have this it would struggle to fill its rooms.
