Left paralell from Bayerstrasse is Schwanthalerstrasse. We are in Schwanthalerstrasse 121. BY UNDERGROUND Get on No. U4 or U5 from Main Train Station / Hauptbahnhof ---> Theresienwiese. Get off at stop Theresienwiese. To Hotel approx. 5 min walking. BY S BAHN FROM AIRPORT Get on so called S BAHN No. 8 or S BAHN No. 1 from Airport ---> City Centre. Get off at stop HACKERBRUCKE. Go upstairs and follow sign THERESIENWIESE / OKTOBERFEST. Go ahead and cross LANDSBERGERSTRASSE ( Tram Line ) Turn right into HOLZAPFELSTRASSE. Go ahead till you cross our street : SCHWANTHALERSTRASSE. We are right handed.

I found it an excellent value for money place.. Having a double bed room for 55 Euros with private shower and TV including breakfast at a place not far from center of Munich was more than reasonable. The Breakfast was good too. I went in car with my Family. There are good free parking possibilities around the hotel too and I probably saved about 20 Euros on that. Overall a nice place and I had a pleasant stay.

This place was wonderful. Not so close to any S or U-bahn station but walking distance to central train station and old town. Very helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, and nice rooms.
The best thing about this hotel was really the service. They provided space for us to leave our bags for the day after we had checked out, had free internet, and even U.S. adapters at the front desk so we could charge our camera batteries. Tram 19 is the easiest way to get into the main town square from the hotel.
room cleaning service rather erratic but breakfast excellent and not too far from the centre of town.The bill needs to be settled in cash only.
I suggest to request rooms facing the courtyard as the road happens to be very noisy at night (drunks, games etc.). Otherwise good for the price.

Although our room had been double booked on arrival, the staff worked to sort something out with a sister hotel and were helpful for the rest of the stay. The hotel is a nice stroll to the old town and close to local and main train stations. The hotel is simple but clean and good value. On the whole a good hotel.
The hotel was as expected from the description. Location was not too bad, and could easily walk to places around the city. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

Functional hotel within walking distance from the main railway station. 2 train stops to Marianplatz. Not much around the hotel by way of entertainment, but the restaurant al teatro is okay. Small basic rooms with little luxury. Okay for a short stay.
This hotel was extremely clean, quiet and the breakfast was great! You can't beat the price! A fifteen minute walk to the train station the location is just SLIGHTlY out of the way. Highly recommended.
