A very stylish hotel in the centre of Madrid therefore making it extremely convenient for most of the main attractions such as the Prado (across the square) the Thyssen Museum (next door) and Old Madrid (2 minutes walk). Great attention to detail even down to all-day fruit and coffee on each landing near the lifts. We look forward to our next visit.
Very kind staff and efficient concierge. Nice design of the hotel - a bit old fashioned but nice. Nice breakfast, good choice of differnt things, but unfortunately every day the same offered.

The team at the hotel is highly professional and supportive. The classical environment covering everything inside and outside the hotel is adding an extra mileage to the superiority of the hotel.
we love to stay at the Westin Palace when coming to Madrid - this was our second time and will not be our last. They have a beautiful lounge space with glass dome where in the morning breakfast is served - Lovely rooms and kind staff, perfect location in town, stay at the Palace and you will not be dissapointed.

We found the Westin Palace Hotel a pleasure. It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was very nice. We were traveling with our son, so they gave us a room with extra space to put a roll away bed. It was a challenge in some places to find a room that would accomidate three people. The location was amazing. They were very helpful as well. The beds were good, but not as good as the Westin in New York. The bathroom was very spacious. It was a great stay.
Very nice centrical hotel. Is expensive but you save on taxis becouse is in the real town center
This is a lovely 5* hotel; the room was not very large, but more than adequate and the marble bathroom is spacious with two sinks; breakfasts were excellent and the concierges were very friendly and hepful.
