"If your not familiar with how Austrailian hotel ratings work you would be expecting more of an upmarket resort by the cost and description of this resort. In reality it is just a self contained studio apartment. It has all the facilities you will need ( washing maching / Dryer etc) but for a short stay it doesn't offer any amenities of a hotel ( laundry service , room service etc) You do need to go to a supermarket and purchase washing powder and food for breakfast etc . The views from the room are fantastic and the staff are very helpful and friendly" - Niamh Connolly

Whitsunday Vista Resort is located directly opposite Boathaven Bay and offers beautiful Coral Sea views from all units and balconies. The resort is a pleasant seven-minute flat stroll from the centre of Airlie Beach with its shops, restaurants and beach. Whitsunday Vista makes great base to explore the Whitsundays, with a full tour desk and a bus stop directly in front of the resort.
The resort features a pool and outdoor spa, covered barbecue area, undercover parking and a lift to all levels. All units have airconditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, direct phones and kitchenettes, additionally the apartments have fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher.

Whitsunday Spicy Thai Restaurant will be opening their doors here at Whitsunday Vista Resort at the end of May 07. Restaurant will be open for dinner each night commencing from 5.30pm
