Wiang hotel has fantastic location and 2 min walk to night market for good local food and drink Also handy for transport to chiang mai as there are no trains or planes from chiang rai and the bus station is only 2 min walk just in front of the night market and bus booking is computerised so you can book days in advance Hotel is right amongst the restaurants and shopping Good Value Bus drops at chiang mai depot with plenty of tuk tuks and taxis to get to your hotel
