The recently reconstructed hotel William is located in the historical part of Prague, in the nice green area of the Lesser Town. This hotel has a certain fairy-tail atmosphere which suits the romantic spirit of the area. The customers appreciate also the closeness to the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, to the Nation Theatre or the Petrin Tower. The hotel has an interesting history. The Hellichova street, the hotel is located on, was named after a famous painter Josef Vojtech Hellich. In this building the prominent architects and the creators of the baroque Prague Krystof and his son Kilian Ingac Diezenhoff used to live. All the hotel guests appreciate the attractive location, family atmosphere and nice staff. We wish you a fairy-tail stay in the hotel William and we are looking forward to seeing you again in here. The hotel is in a garni-category so it offers only a buffet breakfast. The rich breakfast is included in price and is served in a pleasant fairy-tail styled room. The breakfast is served from 7am to 10 am (time can be changed on request). There is a big choice of fresh fruits, fruit salads, smoked specialties, milk products, jam, corn flakes, salt and sweet pastry, coffee, tea, juice. For the guests which do not stay in the hotel, the breakfast costs 150,- CZK Our breakfast is a good start to a new day. The breakfast pack could be prepared on request.

Getting there:From the Airport by public transport: bus n. 119 - get off at Dejvická stop, change for metro and get off at Malostranska stop, then take tram to the station Hellichova. Hotel is just few steps from this stop.

Despite the small 402 room, we enjoyed our stay. Clean, warm and nice room. Nice breakfast. The elevetor was out of service for half a day but this may have been coincidental. Kind receptionists and cleaning staff. Cheap deal with [website]! Only drawback: Very expensive Wi-Fi service (via T-mobile) which I didn't use of course. Should be at least cheaper (other hotels and restaurants in the city offer free service).
Very nice hotel close to everything!
Great location, less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town Square but just far away enough to be out of the noisy tourist area and the touristy prices. Beds are a little hard and it doesn't have all the perks of a normal hotel but good value for an older hotel.
It was great, but an OK hotel. Its near the charles bridge hotel. Tram lines run just outside the hotel, so there was no need to walk too much to get to the bridge in that expect. However, the old town square is about another 10-15 minute walk from the bridge. Breakfast was sufficient. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. But, I wouldnt stay here the second time. We paid abt 100 euros a night. there are plenty of options for that price in the old town area.
Really nice hotel. Great location, only minutes walk to everything you need to see and do whilst in Prague. Friendly staff, great breakfast to kick start your busy day. Highly recommend hotel for a long or short holiday in beautiful Prague!
