Located in the historic city of Bath, The Windsor guest house occupies a Grade 1 Listed building on Great Pulteney Street, reputed to be one of the finest Georgian Boulevards in Europe.
The guest house's central location makes it an ideal place to explore this World Heritage city on foot, ideally situated for visiting the Roman Baths, exploring the Abbey, relaxing in the Thermae Bath Spa or discovering the streets walked by Jane Austen. The city is full of museums and shops, with an excellent range of restaurants just minutes from the door, and the bus and railway stations are both within easy walking distance.
The Windsor has 13 beautiful bedrooms, each individually decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have four poster, double and single rooms, and all are en-suite and feature colour TV with Freeview, direct dial telephone, in-room safe, hospitality tray, ironing board, hairdryer, shaver point, air conditioning and broadband internet.
A delicious continental breakfast is included in the price of your room with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade muesli, fruit salad and dried fruit compote; a choice of cereals, yoghurt, toast and jam, tea and fresh ground coffee. Cooked breakfasts, including Full-English, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, kippers and omelettes, are available on request for a supplementary charge. On-street parking is also available.

By Car
From the East and North exit the M4 at Junction 18. Follow the A46 towards Bath. After about 12 km take the A4 in towards the city for about 1.5km where you should turn left into the A36 towards Warminster. Drive about 500m until you reach a mini roundabout, turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney street. The guest house is in the third block on your left at number 69.
From the West and South Take the A36 (lower Bristol Road)heading into the city. Continue to follow the signs for London, Warminster and the M4. Pass under the railway by Bath Spa station. Continue on the A36 and you will pass under the railway again. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the road into Great Pulteney Street. Turn left and we are the second block on your left.
