Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok

Very reasonably priced hotel in the Sukhamvit area. Although the rooms and the decor is old, it is worth the price.

It was difficult to get there first off but it is bangkok.The staff was pretty good someone was always stationed at the doors and the elevators.The maid was very nice and gave us a couple extra towels.The bts was close but there isnt much room the sidewalks are so crowded in that area with vendors and sales people standing everywhere.The room was ok we had a room with a couch sink counter and a room with a bed and the bathroom looked nice.The hot water did work but the shower head was so low i had to hold it to shower with.Our plane left at 1100 pm so we wanted to stay a partial day but they charged us for a whole day and it cost us 20$ more than we payed to stay originally ridiculous.The day shift quoted us a much lower price for a partial day then the night shift mgr said no full price and some go figure...i liked it for the location but at our price 45$ it did not include breakfast but there is a small hotel behind there that is cheap and its all you can eat.We wont go back after they ripped us off.

About 5-10 minutes from the skytrain or subway. About 10 minute walk to the Emporium (ex-pat shopping mall). Lots of tour groups come here. Surrounding area full of hotels/motels. Front desk had a difficult time understanding english. Rooms are nice, but on the small side. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food because of the tour groups from different countries. Beware of taxi drivers who don't use their meters at the hotel. Other hotels shoo away those taxis. If you know your locations, you can negotiate an acceptable price otherwise you pay a little more.

This hotel has two buildings and we were in the building further away from main reception. They were obliging in giving us a room with disabled facilities for one of our party members. This was in the main building and much larger with more facilities than the other rooms we booked. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Windsor Suites was comfortable and sufficient for what we needed.

This is another excellent, value-for-money hotel recommended by HotelClub! Service standard is of the highest, typical of the warm and hospitable Thais. Breakfast spreads were extensive and spoilt for choice. I strongly recommend this hotel for all travellers, for business &/or leisure, young & old. Keep up the great work, HotelClub and Windsor!!!

Generally a comfortable stay. Pool is wonderful and you'll enjoy it if you are in for a very cold dip in the morning. Breakfast has a wide spread of dishes hotel food. Pineapples are sweet and great!

It is a perfectly wonderful hotel to stay. Comfortable and convenience. Good spread of Breakfast. Staff provides good and polite services. My wife and myself enjoy our stay in Windsor Suites very much.

Thoroughly recommended. The one small issue was that the bathroom needed attention, as the top of the bath was shaped so that water from the shower tended to run around the top of the the marble surround and onto the floor. They were aware of the problem and resolved by providing extra mats to soak up the spillage! All else was totally satisfactory and the service excellent. The hotel has wi fi and some desktops for those who don't carry laptops. Close to transport, shopping and entertainment areas.

when i booked hotel there is on promotion so i got 1 day free. that was nice. even it's 4star hotel i payed less cost. But there service was not a 4 star. My room has a electronic problem so I complained 2 times but they didn't do anythings. So I was taking shower in dark!!!!!!!!!!! Also distance from hotel to BTS is not good but there are terrible traffic everyday. I think location is not so good. But totally hotel was ok. The price is resonable. but if I go Bangkok again, I preper to stay Siam area.

Very friendly , close to skytrain easy access to great shopping at MBK rooms all siutes nice and large, service and hotel very good.

I have stayed at Windsor Suites on my last 3 visits to BKK. It is a pleasant hotel, the service is friendly and efficient, the location is good being within a few minutes walk of Asok BTS. The food and beverage is above average and room service is more than adequate for a weary traveller. My only criticism is that the rooms although clean, quiete and well priced, are starting to show their age somewhat. A little paint and some general refurbishment, modern flatscreen TV and wireless internet connection, updated furniture (and some softer beds !!) etc would improve what is already a nice hotel. I will stay there on my next visit ...

We got upgraded to the millennium suite on arrival, and the room was large with separate living room, which we were able to use as a bedroom for our daughter. The decor and in room facilities are a little dated, but that may be why its so cheap for the size. Also the view from the bedroom was spectacular. The walk to the sky train was about 10 mins.

We stayed here in August 2009, and we loved it. Location is great, the hotel is very clean, and close to public transport and shoping centres. Night life are also great, you are not fare from restaurants, bars, and clubs. Hotel service are very good aswell just sometimes comunication can be difficult.

We stayed here in August 2009 for two weeks, location is great serrounded by restaurants and bars. Very close to shopping centers and transports... can get abit noisy, maybe because when we were there in August construction was going on next door.

Very good hotel. I got upgraded to a suite. Staff very friendly, and its in a very good location. I will definately stay there again.

I am very pleased with the services provided by WINDSOR Suites. But I would like to bring to the attention to the web host that it would be highly advisable if we have a better idea on the rooms which we are booking. Because my family were given the Old Wing which was refurbished recently, it was after some slight discussion that I was given back the other wing...nevertheless, thanks.
