Vicki and Mike, your hosts, offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their Bed and Breakfast. Woodacre is ideally placed for touring the South Coast of England. Historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre, Goodwood and the seaside are all within a 10 minute drive by car. We offer bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation for up to 10 guests. The Guesthouse is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland.
Our rooms are clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. They are all equipped with colour TVs, tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarms, hair dryers and wireless broadband internet access free of charge. We have central heating and a Full Fire Certificate. Our BBQ is available for all. We would like visitors to note that all rooms are non-smoking.
Towels are naturally provided in the rooms, but in our effort to be more environmentally friendly (and save on the amount of washing detergents discharged every day) we would like to encourage our guests to bring their own towels if at all possible. There will be a 50p rebate if you do so, but dont forget to tell us!
At our B&B a full English Breakfast is served in our Victorian style conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden. Special diets can be catered for if requested and a continental breakfast is always available if preferred.

Getting there:
Coming from the WEST: Take the A27 past Chichester (Chichester By-pass) & follow signs for Arundel & Brighton. After approx. 6 miles, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, signposted Fontwell Village (Arundel Road)). Fontwell Race Course will be on the right & you will see a Little Chef on the other side of the roundabout. Go straight on at the next 2 mini roundabouts. After approx. 200m the road bears left to the A27, just before this you will see a road to your right. Take this road (Arundel Road), there is a garage on the right called S&G & Woodacre is the first house on the right after the garages.
Coming from the EAST: Take the A27 past Arundel (Cathedral and Castle on your right) and follow signs for Chichester & Portsmouth. After approx. 3 miles take the slip road on your left signposted Fontwell Village. Then turn left immediately. You will see a garage called S&G & Woodacre is the first house on the right after the garages.
Check-in Procedure:
Unless previously arranged, check in should be between 5pm and 7pm, and check out should be by 10:30am please.
Car parking:
There is plenty of private off road parking with room for trailers and large vehicles as well.
