Getting there:Local road directions Turn off the A338 on St. Pauls' Road, follow the road straight on through the first roundabout, continue straight through the second roundabout into Gervis Road. We are situated about half way along the left hand side, just past the next roundabout. Travelling by Rail London Waterloo - Bournemouth, approx 1 hour 40 mins train journey time. Travelling by Air London Heathrow and London Gatwick are approx 150km away, approx a 2 hour road journey time Bournmouth International Airport, approx 20 mins road journey time. Travelling by Coach All major cities route via Bournemouth Coach Station (see map). On arrival follow local road directions to the hotel.

no hot water to shower with water was only warm all the time we were at the hotel.
Room was rather dated and in need of re-decoration. Very small en-suite (more like a cupboard)! Unfortunately they had a party one of our nights and it was rather noisy, until 1 a.m.!
The staff were absolutely wonderful-they really went the extra mile. I would not hesitate to stay there again
Booked a twin room (confirmed) they only had a double room on arrival. Due to a wedding reception on the Sat' could not park my car in hotel grounds day or night although I had a permit and wedding party had been told not to park their cars. Same wedding reception excessive noise till after midnight our room directly above bar. When patio doors and windows were closed noise was acceptable however stafff could not keep them closed as patrons kept opening them. This hotel does cater for weddings on a regular basis.
Nice Hotel very convenient for getting around Bournemouth area. Only compaint was lift only went to 2nd level and then 8 steep stairs to get to where our bedroom was located (my other guest had difficulty due to walking disability). However nice bedrooms. Ours had 1 double & 1 single bed. Nicely furnished. Good service especially at Breakfast and Pleasant Staff.
