Decent room, clean; within walking distance from train station.

woodland hotel is a very cheap hotel where can you get $13 a day? it's very near to the city center where the big malls are located, very accessible, there's no problem to get a taxi.it's a muslim hotel and all the staff are very nice, always smiling and accommodating too.But the problem is...the room you can see small coachroaches lying around, up in your bed headboard too.. which is really disgusting and annoying..The facade of the hotel is not nice too because there's a Carinderia/Vendor just in front of the hotel. But i could see it's a friendly hotel...

Nice and cosy place with English speaking staffs, for budget travellers especially backpackers, if you dont mind the sight and surroundings of the hotel (especially the wet market). Unfortunately access to the local train station is quite far and only easy access to town is by tuk tuk, bus or the boat. But on the overall its a nice cosy and quiet place to chill out after a tiring tour of Bangkok. Woodlands keep it up...Cheers..

It is a best place for muslim traveller because it's an Indian Muslim hotel, the food is good & delicious either Indian @ Thai food. The hotel rate is the lowest in Bangkok. Recommended to all.

Value for the price. Very basic but adequate. Close to all amenities and surprisingly close to all major tourist spots. Would certainly recommend it to anyone as ideal budget accomodation

If you want a cheap hotel with low standard, this is what you get at woodlands inn. Hard bed, ok A/C, no toilet paper.

Clean room and facilities. Poor plumbing. Noisy aircon. Centrally located near river and GPO. Cheap but nasty.

1. slow feedback & service when I need a towel and tissue paper. 2. no towel provided for washing face 3. waitress at restaurant cannot understand & speak English well & the prices of the food are not attractive enough. 4. Breakfast is too simple but I would rather you increase the room rate a bit to improve the quality of American breakfast.

The location was about a 10 minute walk to both sky train or subway. The room (double) was very small, just big enough for the double bed and your suitcase. The restaurant downstairs has tasty food, but small portions and high prices by Thai standards. I got the place as a "Last Minute" offer on the website so the price was great.

If you are traveller, stay in this hotel near many shops and the river. The personnel are great and like the Thailand people. I will come back here for sure thanks to them.
