Getting there:
The Resort is accessible via the Gold Coast and Pacific highways by following the signs to Coolangatta. The resort is located approximately five minutes drive south of Gold Coast Airport and just over one hours drive south of Brisbane International and Domestic airports.
Car hire, limousines, taxis and coaches are available from all airports, and aiport pick up from Gold Coast Airport can be arranged direct with reception at the resort. Bus & Train TRANSLink Phone: 131230 Route 1 or 1a, Zone 18.
Check-in Procedure:
24hour reception. Please present Rates to Go confirmation letter, email or photo ID to reception on check in. A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required on check in. Should guests be arriving after 9.00pm please use the intercom.
Car parking:
Underground parking is available for guests of the resort. There is a limit of one car space per apartment. On-street parking is available for guests travelling with two or more vehicles.
Child Policy:
Extra guests are considered any person requiring additional bedding, including sofa beds.
