Only in hotel for sleeping. Was really inpressed by the helpfulness of the staff especially the guys working out front.

Although my room was outside the tower, it was in great condition. There was no mold and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Great price for the convenience to Lake Buena Vista theme parks and shopping. Gorgeous grounds and family-friendly pool. Parking is a little troublesome, but otherwise a beautiful hotel for the price.

stayed at a lot of downtown hotels and found this to be hands down best value. especially due to it's location next to downtown disney. two thumbs up!

We stayed for one night. It's right across from Downtown Disney so we were able to walk over quickly. The one exception was the wireless internet didn't either work or worked very slowly. It would keep dropping the signal. Having to pay a resort fee of 16 dollars which included the internet that states they have high speed internet and then it didn't work was not good. It did work for a short time at high speed but most of the time it was slow or non-existant.

Perfect location to everything. Couldn't get a better price, for a last minute trip. Staff was super helpful. 2 Double beds-to small for 4 people. Lots of little ants in bathroom. Called 3 times in 2 days to come spray & clean. They did, quickly. Still had ants. Offered us another room. we declined. Im sure it had same problem. Other than that, it was a perfect stay

We paid extra for a "lake View" we were given a first floor "parking lot view", when we got to the room after a very far walk, we called to let them know and they said they were all booked up and that the reservation didn't state a lakeview request, I told them I had it on the paper in my hand so she said to come to the desk, she was not overly friendly. We went to the desk and showed them our reservation stating lakeview and the young man there offered us an upgrade with a better view (9th floor) but still not the view we paid extra for, he was very apologetic and nice. The windows in the room were so dirty we could hardly see out. Charactor breakfast for $22.00 per person was way too expensive.

We ate in the rest. the food was great,They made there own potatoes chips they were great they were not greasy and were the best chips I've ever had.

Our room was very comfortable with 2 queen size beds, large screen TV, refrigerator and seating area with table. The light in the bathroom was slow to get bright, but we dealt with that. The little cafe area in the lobby was really convenient to grab a quick bite at any time of the day. The pastries were really good. The pool area looked really nice, however we did not get a chance to use it. The shuttle and taxi services were great at getting us to and from our various destinations. We were both very satisfied with the accomidations.

I needed one night as my high school kids were singing at Disney for Candleight (the Christmas show). Staff was great. I felt like I had been there for a week already as the staff made me feel as though they knew me for days. Room was great and everyone was on their game.

The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is literally across the street from Downtown Disney, and there's plenty of free parking. I've stayed here quite a few times and will continue to stay here because it's a great value if you want to be close to Disney without the high prices.

The hotel was good and a fair price. I would stay here again. The location is perfect - close to Downtown Disney. The things that I noticed were a missing bathroom exhaust fan (a must have) and the sheets were too scratchy, but after the first night I was too tired to notice. The beds were very comfy and pillows and towels were good.

We stayed here for one night so we could visit Downtown Disney. Our room was on the outer wings which are motel style (outdoor access). The $63 rate will be $90 after taxes and fees, but we knew this beforehand. The rooms were a little awkward particularly the bathroom and sink area. The room was clean and the refrigerator kept our beer cold. We also got to use the pool area which we found very nice on a warm Florida morning. There is a hot tub, a cold pool and a large heated pool. Overall the room is worth the rate we paid because of the proximity to downtown Disney and use of the pool. Remember if you stay here and chose to take shuttles and/or Disney transportation you will save $15 a day in Disney parking fees. We would stay here again for the same rate.

Drunk guy decided to make all sorts of noise and slam doors constantly at 2 and 3am. Called security to finally get some sleep. Security came and argued with him. Security left and then he continued. We spoke with the manager in the morning and told him of the evenings events and how we called to complain. He basically told us there was nothing he could do and to have a nice day. Other than this the hotel is very nice.

That's a great hotel.....I recomend ....very close to Downton Disney and also have bus free to Disney parks

even on business a stay in the magic kingdom was nice. You can't beat the neighborhood. My room was smallish, of th e older hotel style, but very comfortable.

Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Lobby area is cheerful and clean. Walking distance to Downtown Disney is the biggest plus. Rooms are nicely sized , bathrooms a bit out dated but clean.Water park is a hit with kids. Good value for the money

The staff was very helpful. I felt like the pictures on the website showed a totally different product than the actual room we stayed in. The room had a musty smell. My husband thought the beds were very comfortable and said he got the best sleep! Overall, just average.
