This hotel is extremely well located close to the rail station and the old town. Although our "Promo" room was small it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast offered a wide variety of continental dishes both hot and cold. The hotel bar was user friendly, open all day, and prices were good. I can thoroughly recommend the Wyspianski Hotel and would certainly stay there again.
An exceptionally good budget hotel, very clean and friendly with good facilities, very clean and fantastically central. Would highly recommend stay here.
Excellently placed for both the station and the centre of the city. The breakfast buffet was varied and weel-stocked.
Excellent staff and service. Only complaint was the regular chaos at breakfast due to the number of coach parties.
The hotel is a few minutes walk from the market square and there are a few bars along the way. It is an ideal location and I would definately stay again. The room was large and had a balcony overlooking the main road but this wasn't a problem even for my daughter who is a light sleeper. I would say the only downside to the hotel was that the service in the bar is very slow they don't have enough staff to man the bar inside and the one on the terrace outside at the same time. Also the choice of drinks is limited. This wasn't a real problem as there are plenty of bars in the vacinity. 2 minutes walk will get you to a lovely cocktail bar that would become my home from home if I lived in Krakow.
A large modern hotel with all facilities. It is within walking distance from rail and bus terminals and right on the edge of the Old Town, Very convenient. The restaurant has a good variety of local food at reasonable prices.
good location 5 min from town square and 5 min from train station,
We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyspianski. The staff were very helpful and friendly (not so common in Poland, even in service industries) and the hotel was well-located for the old city, and not too far from the train station. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast was great - but crowded, as the hotel is set up for conventions and one was on whilst we were there. Woz from Oz.
Hotel restaurant very good and inexpensive. Rooms on my floor need renovation but staff keeps them clean. Very helpful English speaking staff with booking tours or giving directions.
Great Hotel, Great Location. Staff were helpful. Part of hotel has now been refurbished and is very clean and modern. Breakfast is very European influenced. Would stay again.
Very helpful with early start and packed lunch no problem
Ideal location within a short walking distance of station, main square and castle. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and most, possibly all, have balconies. The breakfast wasn't great, though plentiful, but the other meal we had in the restaurant was very good. Good value for money on the whole.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great and the staff were very helpful. Daily tours also depart from outside the hotel.
Friendly, comfortable, convenient and clean. Good food
Good value for money hotel.Room large, decor a little tired on out side.Breakfast not to everyones taste.I would stay at this hotel again
The new extension is somewhat peculiar, & the dining room therein soulness & decidely average. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
Friendly and always helpful
The Hotel is ideally situated for the main square, the Railway and main bus station are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and has lots of varieties of cold options with a couple of warm sausage ones.
The plusroom was big and nice, with a big balcony. Perfect location.
Contrary to some previous reports that I have read we found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a room on the fourth floor at the front with a balcony, it was double glazed so not too much noise with the windows closed. But could be a problem in realy hot weather as traffic noise was very loud with windows open at night. Could not fault the hotel position. breakfast was adequate with a lot of choice (all continental ie. bread, cold meats, cheese, salads etc. )
