"The hotel is obviously suffering allround from the move of Bangkok airport. It is a 50 minute taxi ride 800 baht to the hotel. When I checked in, my jacket did not make it to my room. It disappeared between the taxi and the room. Mattresses and room service food that was outside my room at 8pm when I checked in was still there the following morning at 7am when I checked out. The receptionist on check out was on her own checking in people, checking out people, cashier and operator and as a result haddling 4 people at once took half an hour to check me out. Obviously cost cutting in the hotel. " - Margaret Kenney
