"We stayed in Yasmak Sultan Hotel for five nights in April 2009 and would stay there again. The location is great - close to all major sites and tram line and in a silent steet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and large enough and breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant with a view over the Golden Horn and to Hagia Sophia. The only con was unstable wifi connection. The staff promised to check it with me, but I never had the time for that. " - Anonymous
"Stayed there during this new year eve after my 2 weeks trip in other parts of Turkey.
The registration is hassle free and fast at the counter. The room is of reasonable size for double bed. Have checked other rooms from the floor plan, and my room 202 is just slightly bigger than most others. Very personal touch of them giving 2 super-soft Turkish towel as a souvenir for 2009, and 2 chocolates on the table. So thoughtful. Staff service is quite good, with Customer officer assisting me to find out more about the palace, though she gave the wrong information that it is opened but when i was there, it was not opened every mon and thu. But that is a small issue.
Like the free wireless access and rooftop breakfast, both are definitely a plus point to stay there. The location is near to all places of interest at Sultanamet and steps away to tram station.

"good location, decent price via [your website], very small room, air conditioner didn't work properly, and although we were promised the room safe would be fixed (it needed a battery) we waited three days with no result. Breakfast was good, great view, good service there but very mediocre at front desk." - Anonymous
