"Moving on staircase with luggage is dangerous. Prints of leaks on the ceiling (3rd floor room). Bathroom badly smells. Room also but not so bad if window kept closed. One small towel per person, no cup in room.
Hard traffic noise (road front).
5% additional fee when paying with cards.
Breakfast is a bit better than price level.
Concierge is OK. Location not bad - railway station, metro, trams 10 minutes." - Anonymous

"Even for a 2 star hotel, the facilities were less than adequate. One window in my room was boarded up; the bathroom had an unpleasant odour; one powerpoint was in a dangerous state of disrepair; there was no plug for the handbasin; there was no powerpoint for a bedside light; the bed linen looked past its best.
That said, the hotel was conveniently located, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. " - Anonymous

By car
Coming from Schiphol Airport / The Hague:
A4;direction Amsterdam
At the end of the highroad A4 you have to follow Ring Amsterdam A10.
Exit number S116 Amsterdam-Noord /Amsterdam-Centre. Follow the road Leeuwarderweg.
Go through the Y-tunnel.
If you come out of the tunnel follow the right curve onto the Prins Hendrikkade Go straight on the Prins Hendrikkade after 300 meters you see our hotel at the left hand. Make a U-turn at the stoplights and drive back and park your car in front of the hotel.
By train
When you arrive at the Central station , you go to the main exit there you go left and walk in direction of the big church. Here you go left and follow the Prins Hendrikkade. |
