We were very pleased with our stay at the Yes Hotel. It was very convenient to the train, Metro and the Hop and Go Buses. which we used regularly to see all the important sights of Rome. The room was small but very attractive and well appointed. Staff recommended great places to eat in the neighbourhood.
Marcello at reception was very helpful, friendly and with good English. Breakfast was good with a great variety. No hot food though but the coffee was good.
This modern hotel with very sleek decor is a refreshing contrast to the elaborate style of many Italian hotels. The furnishings in the foyer and room were very good; the room was small (as in most European cities) but well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good - cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese and meat platter as well as the ubiquitious croissant and coffee. One of the better hotels we stayed in in Italy.
Only complaint was our air conditioning did not work, may not have been a problem except it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with windows open and noise. Staff tried to correct quite willingly.
The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, they booked tours for us and had the tour company fetch us from the hotel. The hotel itself is new so the decor is still beautiful. It's situated perfectly for tourists, 4 mins walk to the hop-on hop-off bus terminus, and 2 mins walk from the main railway station. The room was very small, the smallest I've ever experienced. The shower cubicle was so small I could barelyt get to my feet, if you're overweight get a room with a bath. My biggest problem was that there is NO coffee making facility in the room, and no room service to bring you any in the morning, you have to go down and fetch your own. There is a safe in the room, which is helpful. Don't expect any nutrition at breakfast because there is none. Overall though, we had a good stay because the staff were wonderful.
Small room, as is the norm for Rome, but was OK for 3 people. All new fittings, Decor etc in the room and was very pleasant. Front desk staff always helpful, and Breakfast was pretty good. I would have absolutely no hesitation staying here again. Very handy to Train Station, therefore easy to get Metro or Buses.
great hotel in a good location just a few minutes from termini. breakfast ok but coffee not nice. all in all though a great hotel and we would stay there again on a return trip to rome.
Nýce modernýsed hotel close to very close to traýn statýon, 2 mýns walk.
This hotel is in an excellent position for the rail terminal, and only 15 minutes walk to the major attractions of Rome. I will stay at this hotel again, as I and my family had a very good time there. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.
Situated close to the rail terminal this hotel excelent value for money. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull, with all requests Rooms are clean comfortable and modern.
the wireless is not free and expensive!
We were quite satisfied with this newly renovated hotel and its excellent accessability to Termini station. One spicy comment would be on the breakfast quality. We found no fun in the breakfast(coffee and milk tasted strange), so we skipped them and take sandwich and coffee in the station instead everyday.
Nice modern with hotel in convenient location near Termini. Staff were friendly and rooms are decent sized and clean.
The Yes Hotel is well located within 3-4 short blocks of Roma Termini, the main train station in Rome (10 minute walk at the most). This puts it not in the centre of Rome, but close enough to get around easily. The Metro is at the train station. There are good restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. The Yes Hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very good value for money.
YES Hotel is located extremely near the TERMINI STATION in ROME and this is a good but also a not so good aspect; it`s good because of the transportation meanings and because of the proximity to all the important touristic atractions; it is not so good because of the station area ..."characteristics" (dirt, homeless people, etc). It is not very easy to find the hotel because the directions on the Hotel site are not very accurate and also because the entrance to the Hotel is quite discret; if u arrive by nights, as we did, u will have some troubles in finding it. But, overall, the Hotel it`s good, the personel is kind and the location OK.
Yes is a small basic hotel. Our room had a nice neutral cream/brown colour scheme, tiled floor, modern furniture and a wall-mounted flat screen tv (no film rental available so take your lap-top). We had a quadruple room and it was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was really nice and the towels were huge. The location is great if you are doing a lot of sight-seeing and it's completly silent at night despite being in the busy Termini station area, so you get a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with nice bread, cereal, ham, cheese etc. Only two minor bad points; I found the mattress a bit too hard, but I sorted this out by putting a couple of the extra blankets supplied under the sheet. The breakfast coffee wasn't the best - I you like really good coffee there's a tiny coffee bar about three doors away. Just pop out and grab a cup on your way to breakfast. Yes hotel was excellent value and I would use it again.
Basic hotel close to train station - walking distance. Room was clean, had everything we needed, but tiny - as most are in Italy. If you are after an over-nighter for the train station then this is fine, but not an experience that you particularly remember.
The place is perfect for tourists who plan on spending all their time visiting the city. The wonderful shower waiting for the aching body makes up for the tight quarters and not much of a lounge to speak of. We would no doubt stay there again if we return to Rome.
The hotel is very well situated for areoplaine/bus/metro and train and in walking distance for main tourist attractions. The breakfast was better than usually for a 3 star hotel in Italy. The bed was hard to lie on, but the room was nice to stay in and rather spacious.
Excellent hotel, good location. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Very hard bed
