Getting there: By Car: Follow the M4 Motorway west from Sydney. The motorway becomes the Great Western Highway at Lapstone. Follow the highway through the mountains, and make a left turn (when you reach Leura), at Scott Avenue. Follow the signs to Fairmont Resort (five minutes' drive from the highway).

By Train: Trains from Central Station to the Blue Mountains leave at least once an hour. Depart the train at either Leura or Katoomba, where taxis are waiting to bring you to York Fairmont Resort (five minutes' journey by taxi).
Car parking: Outdoor car parking is available at no charge.
