Take Narita Express train from Narita International Airport to Tokyo Station (about 1 hour). From Tokyo Station, take Tohoku Shinkansen (bullet train) to Sendai Station and change to JR Sensan Line. Get off the train at Sakunami Station. (It takes about 2h 10 mins from Tokyo to Inawashiro in total.)
