"Hotel is quite some distance from the medina, taxi required. Hotel outside pool is open to people from outside against payment during the day, creating quite a crowd, noisy teenagers and at times no sunbeds left for hotel guests. The food is good but not moroccan. Breakfast buffet is excellent with wide variety on offer. " - Maria Stone
"Awful location, terrible service, no hot water, a £9 charge to use the indoor swimming pool, poor food and staff that are less than useless.
