In 2004, Zao Kokusai Hotel newly opened Hachiemon bath (an all-season open-air bath), a footbath and a private bath, providing luxurious space to the guests to be able to take bathes as much as they want.

45 minutes on bus from JR Yamagata Station bound for Zao Onsen. Get off at last stop and 10 minutes walk. 40 minutes by taxi from JR Yamagata Station.
Check-in Procedure:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. The facility will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals before 10:00 hrs. Please be aware that a passport will be necessary for foreign travelers.
