Nice and clean hotel. The single room was very small though and quite warm. Location was excellent though, almost next to the beach and just a short walk from the old centre. Given the size the price was quite high, but it was a late booking and during a busy time (the end of the San Sebastián Film Festival and around a big concert in the stadium of San Sebastián).
The room was quite small (both bedroom and bathroom) and a little dark - so not exactly a flashy or boutique hotel. However we would return here if we needed some simple and safe accommodation in San Sebastian a stone's throw from the beach and best areas. It's quite central to everything and just behind the more expensive beachside hotels. Reception is friendly. Simple but adequate accommodation, at a fair price, in a useful location, in a fantastic town!

the best value for money to be had in San Sebastian
Good experience from the start. Staff spoke english, which helped with the little spanish I speak. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was small but I only needed the place to sleep. Bathroom was modern. Location was excellent - plenty of tapas bars and shopping nearby, not to mention the beach only 100metres from the front door. It is a bit noisy, as the hotel is centrally located, however it does quieten down during the night when you need to sleep. More than what I expected from a 1-star hotel. Would stay here again if I return to San Sebastian.
I enjoyed my stay at the Zaragoza Hotel. It was a Lovely quiet hotel with great service. I thought the pricing for a 1 star hotel a little high as the room was also quite small. although it did have a double bed. The location is wonderful close to the middle of the town so in the morning you only have to go left or right. not such a large walk to anything.
A place to stay. A room and no other facilities (other than breakfast), but good room, friendly staff and excellent location and value. Would certainly stay there again.
A beautiful little town and a nice property.
Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the the beach. Very quiet and within walking distance to the bars and restaurants of the old town.
