Very nice hotel in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. We would definitely stay there again.
The nearby metro station, the relatively quiet neighbourhood, the clear design and good service make this hotel a real good option for discovering Madrid. As single woman on a weekend workshop trip I felt always safe and respected.
I have stayed here a few times as it is situated in the Salamanca part of Madird, ideal for bars and shopping! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.
Hotel is definately not 4 star, booked a double but got twin room, switched on second night - but this room was next door to a flat where a rowdy party carried on until 5.30am, complained to reception but got no satisfaction. Would not stay here again, as there are many hotels in better locations closer to sights etc
The rooms are not sound proofed, contradictory to the blurb. Noise from other guests was a problem, not only the chatting in the hallways but we could also hear every movement in neighbouring rooms. There isn't an extractor fan in the bathroom. But it is a nice enough hotel if noise doesn't bother you.
Wi-Fi and Internet only by payment (expensive). No help for carrying baggage. First floor very noisy at early hours. Old TV. Excellent service. Excellent location and conections.
I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room was quiet and clean and the breakfast had a very good variety of food on offer
There need to be more facilities for the guest. It was a nice room and hotel with nothing to do within the hotel outside of overpriced internet access. No pool, no recreation room, no conference work room, nor activities. The hotel could really improve by providing guests with more to do, even live entertainment. Something!! This is especially important since the hotel is situated so far from the main part of the city.
