Getting there:DRIVING Railway AP8, West ( c/ Sabino Arana), turn right on the second to c/ Simón Bolivar street, turn right on the second Street to c/ Mª Díaz de Haro street, up to the crossroad with C/ Autonomía. Turn left up to Plaza de la Casilla, you will find the Hotel just opposite. Nearest Metro/underground station: INDAUTXU (200 meters) FROM BILBAO AIRPORT: .- By taxi (about 25 euros). .- By bus: The airport train stops to 200 metres from the hotel door.
Check-in Procedure:The hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation in the check-in.
Car parking:Available. 18.50 euros per day.( 8% taxes excluded).
Child Policy:Children up to 12 free of charge sharing bed with two adults.
The service at arrival was very bad. It improved however significantly and was quite polite at our departure. The hotel itself was very nice and I am therefore quite certain - dispite of the service - that we will return.
Positive : + nice modern hotel, clean. Worth the money. Breakfast OK (12 EUR each). To improve : - Average English, even at the reception desk - Rooms are not very spacious - Double bed size is very small (135 cm wide) or small (150 cm wide). It might be the same everywhere in Spain ???
The staff on reception spoke some english and were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was huge, and the breakfast buffet was superb. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
The location was very central to the city centre. They also offer parking, whilst not cheap was very useful as we were travelling with alot of luggage. The room was spotless and comfortable although the view from the window was nothing special.

The tow ladies working the front desk during the late night shift were VERY helpful! dont know what I would do without them!
I thought the rooms (I stayed twice not on consecutive nights) were a little small but this disadvantage is more than made up for by the service from the staff. As usual in Zenit hotels they are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very close to city and with card for bilbao easy to travel around -still not very geared for english travellers -the tv cable films are french and spanish, very modern and funky
The hotel is brand new and great. It should give better direction or a map to get there using public transport from the airport, bus station or Guggenheim. It is actually not very close to the Guggenheim but close to bar and restaurants in the city centre so it should mention that.
Excellent hotel right in the middle of Bilbao. Walking distance from a few underground stations, and not too far from the main bus terminal. Surrounded with a few nice bars and restaurants, and a nice open park across the road. The hotel/service is excellent, and a great breakfast for only $10 (Euro).
