"The manager was exceptionally helpful in making us feel welcome.He is a great guide as well as a manager.We were offered a map,directions and introduction to his town! also he walked us to the taxi to bid us goodbye! NOw Thats service for you ten stars! Will definitely come back to Valladolid just to stay here.Location just behind plaza mayor and you can get a balcony room overlooking the tapas area.quiet and comfortable.just perfect.... "We arrived in Valladolid at a very busy time, found it a bit difficult to park anywhere near hotel. After the third attempt I got out of the car & walked to the reception, where it was explained that we could pull up outside for twenty minutes. We checked in then was given a map to park at the Plaza Mayor, we managed to follow the map but when we reached the car park it was blocked off, as it was full. After going round & round for about an hour we managed to park in Plaza Zorrilla car park, which was not that much further away. Relief. We only stayed one night at the hotel but the location was great. Would not hesitate to stay again, especially now we know most of the roads in Valladolid !. " - Irene Taylor
